Da kommt einem morgens ab und an ja mal ein Songtexte in den Sinn. Hm, vorgestern tönte es „Turn, Turn, Turn“ in meinem Kopf. Keine Rechte Idee, von wem das Stück ist. Um so erstaunter war ich dann, als ich meine Online-Recherche durchführte.
Turn! Turn! Turn! (To Everything There Is a Season) ist ein Lied von Pete Seeger aus dem Jahr 1950. Erstmals veröffentlicht wurde es 1962 auf einem Album bei Columbia-Records. Die bekanntesten Interpreten dieses Liedes sind The Byrds, die mit diesem Titel 1965 drei Wochen in den US-Singles-Charts Platz Eins belegten.
